What Is Microdosing?

Microdosing involves taking a sub-perceptual dose (about 1/10th of a full dose) of a psychedelic substance like psilocybin or LSD. You won’t feel “high,” but many report subtle improvements in mood, focus, and energy.

This supports the facilitation, group sessions, personalised 1:1 sessions, integration guidance, and access to your weekly Microdosing Reflection Journal and private community space.Please note each participant is responsible for sourcing their own microdosing material. We do not provide or sell any substances and cannot offer sourcing advice due to legal considerations. We do, however, offer guidance on safe, informed use and best practices to support your experience.If cost is a barrier, reach out—we have a few partial scholarships and community-supported spots available.

Alexis — Facilitator & Somatic Guide
Alexis is a certified psychedelic coach through the Psychedelic Coaching Institute (Third Wave), with a deep commitment to holistic healing. His work weaves together the subtle intelligence of Craniosacral Therapy, the energetic flow of Qi Gong, and the transformative power of vibration and sound to support profound inner shifts. Alexis brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to the space, helping participants reconnect with their bodies, release held trauma, and access deeper states of clarity and peace.

Isadora — Founder & Lead Facilitator
Isadora is the founder of Psyguide and a certified psychedelic practitioner through the Synthesis Institute. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with deep intuitive guidance, creating a space where transformation feels both grounded and sacred. With a background rooted in somatic awareness, integration, and intentional ceremony, Isadora gently supports participants in reconnecting to their inner wisdom, processing emotional layers, and aligning with their most authentic selves. She holds space with clarity, care, and a quiet power that invites true healing.
